The joys of urbanism

The former Santa Monica Ferris Wheel is not the only unique feature of this 150-acre development, the site takes advantage of the former airpark layout, so from above you'll recognize the old runaway with the development expanding on both sides of what is now called Runway Boulevard. It’s a quaint community with eye-catching designs and walkable paths to shops, restaurants, school, and more.
